Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

Where The Fuck Should I Eat? (“the app”) is an entertainment utility that recommends restaurants with an intentionally rude-but-not-hateful personality. By using it, you agree to the following. Yes, even the boring parts.

1. It's a suggestion, not gospel

Recommendations are generated from third-party data (Google Places) and an AI model. We don't guarantee a restaurant is open, accurate, available, or any good. Verify hours, prices, and dietary suitability yourself before you go — especially for allergies and medical needs.

2. The voice

The app swears and roasts indecision for comedic effect. It is designed never to attack protected characteristics, shame medical or dietary needs, threaten, or harass. If it ever does, that's a bug — use “Report this ruling” and we'll review it.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to make the app produce hateful, harassing, or unsafe content, scrape it at scale, abuse the APIs, or use it for anything illegal. We may rate-limit or block abusive usage.

4. No account, no warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of it, including a disappointing dinner.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
